The group was formed in 1993 in Orlando, Florida and quickly rose to fame following that. They started off as a trio before they met their final members through coworkers. They actually released their first international album just a few years after getting started in 1996 titled, Backstreet Boys. Even after they took some time off for a two year hiatus, they came back stronger than ever and have continued to make their mark on the world of music.
